Terms of Service
Effective October 10, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and GIG ANALYZER (“we”), who operates GigAnalyzer. By buying a subscription or using the app you agree to them.
1. The service
GigAnalyzer is Android software that reads offers shown by the Walmart Spark Driver app, evaluates them against rules you configure, announces the result and, if you enable it, taps the app’s accept or reject buttons for you. Its estimates (distances, drive times, pay per hour and per mile) are approximations.
2. Subscriptions and billing
A subscription is billed in advance, weekly or monthly, through Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled. Each subscription covers one phone at a time; activating it on another phone moves it there. Prices may change; we will tell active subscribers by email before a change applies to their next renewal. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
3. Your licence
While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use GigAnalyzer on one phone. You may not share your activation code, resell the app or a subscription, or reverse-engineer, modify or circumvent its licensing.
4. Your responsibilities
You decide which rules to set and whether to enable automatic accepting or declining, and you are responsible for the offers accepted or declined on your behalf and for the deliveries you take on. You are responsible for following the Spark Driver terms, Walmart’s policies and the law where you drive. Walmart may change its app at any time, which can stop GigAnalyzer from reading offers correctly until we update it. Do not interact with your phone while driving in a way that is unsafe or unlawful.
5. No affiliation
GigAnalyzer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Walmart Inc. We cannot act on your Spark Driver account and are not responsible for any decision Walmart makes about it.
6. No warranty
GigAnalyzer is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that it will read every offer, act on every offer, or increase your earnings.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost earnings, missed or unwanted offers, account actions by third parties, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
8. Ending the service
We may suspend or end a subscription that breaks these terms, for example a shared or resold activation code. We may discontinue GigAnalyzer; if we do, we will refund any unused prepaid time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and email active subscribers about significant changes; continuing to use GigAnalyzer after that means you accept them.
