Privacy Policy
Effective October 10, 2026
This policy explains what information GigAnalyzer (“we”), operated by GIG ANALYZER, collects through this website, the GigAnalyzer Android app and our payment process, and what we do with it.
What stays on your phone
GigAnalyzer reads the Walmart Spark Driver screen through Android’s accessibility service in order to evaluate offers. That screen content, your location (used only for on-phone route estimates), your offer history, earnings statistics, settings and the app’s logs are stored only on your phone. We do not receive them. The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting software.
What we receive
- Purchase details. Your email address, the plan you chose and your subscription status, from Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
- Licence checks. Your activation code, a one-way hash of your phone’s Android device identifier (used to tie your subscription to one phone) and your licence token. The app checks these with our server periodically.
- App updates and map data. Requests to check for and download app updates, and to download map files. Map files cover large regions, so these requests indicate the general region you work in, not your location.
- Server logs. Like most web services, our server records the IP address, time and type of each request. These logs are kept for up to 30 days.
- Email. Messages you send to support.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: to deliver your download link and activation code, check that your subscription is active, deliver updates and map data, prevent abuse, answer support requests and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell, rent or share your information for advertising.
Who else handles it
- Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting, email and encrypted-backup providers store data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.
We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. Encrypted backups are kept for about 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@gig-analyzer.com. Deleting your data ends your subscription. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your phone.
Children
GigAnalyzer is for adult delivery drivers and is not directed at children under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will email active subscribers.
