Refunds & Cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@gig-analyzer.com from the address you subscribed with. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the week or month you have already paid for.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time.

If you were charged in error — for example, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled — email us and we will refund the incorrect charge. If we discontinue GigAnalyzer, we refund any unused prepaid time.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it still cannot be collected, your subscription ends and the app stops working until you subscribe again.
